Ingle Haus
wellness. culture. connection.
In Inglewood, For Inglewood.
Investor Deck
Powered by Hausd Inc.
Built in Inglewood, CA by those rooted in it, Ingle Haus is a cultural hub that offers wellness programming, creator activations, event rental space, and a connected digital platform; built with the intention of promoting health, preserving culture, and deepening community.
PROBLEM #1:
Inglewood is growing, but the spaces that hold its culture are disappearing every day.
THE GOOD NEWS
Inglewood is booming.
  • SoFi Stadium. Intuit Dome. Super Bowl. Olympics. World Cup. New investments. National attention.
  • The city is more visible, more valuable, and more powerful than ever.
  • Growth is real. Energy is real. Opportunity is real.
THE BAD NEWS
Culture is being priced out.
  • Schools, wellness centers, community spaces, and Black-owned businesses are closing.
  • The community that shaped Inglewood is losing the spaces it needs to commune and connect.
  • Expansion is happening. But so is extinction.
When Spaces Disappear, So Do Opportunities.
1
1
Community Fractures
  • People lose IRL places grow community
  • Real connection has nowhere to happen
  • Loneliness, burnout, and cultural disconnection grow
2
2
Economic Hardship
  • Practitioners and creators can't afford their own lease
  • Local entrepreneurs lose space to earn and serve
  • Our culture is left with less spaces to organize
Recent Closures:
Over the past 5 years, the City of Inglewood has lost a lot of monumental locations that shaped our culture, such as:
1
Schools & Education
Warren Lane Elementary · Kelso Elementary · Inglewood High School · Morningside High · Crozier Middle School
2
Public & Civic Spaces
Inglewood Library · Inglewood DMV · Inglewood Senior Center + more.
3
Wellness & Community
Darby Park Fitness Center · Curtis Tucker Center for Community Wellness +more.
4
Black-Owned Businesses
Sip & Sonder · Stuff I Eat · Cork & Batter · Checo's Seafood 106 + more.

Some locations listed are under renovation and will return, but who will they be intended to serve?
PROBLEM #2:
THE DIGITAL

Digital Disconnect.
People are more connected to technology than ever — but more disconnected from real-world community, belonging, and human connection.
DIVIDE

Tech Without Touch.
AI, phones, and tech are replacing moments of real interaction, eroding authentic connection, and leaving people more isolated than ever. Physical spaces are the antidote. Here, where presence, conversation, and community can still happen.
As the world runs to digital expansion,
Hausd runs back home.
OUR SOLUTION
Keeping Culture Hausd.
Hausd is the parent company behind Ingle Haus and the platform for all future Haus locations. Through a "phygital" model (physical spaces supported by digital access), Hausd transforms culturally rooted neighborhoods into scalable hubs for wellness, culture, community, and experience-driven revenue. Our core intention is to preserve local identity while building modern infrastructure for real-world connection, creative activation, and community belonging.
Ingle Haus is the flagship location of Hausd Inc.

OUR TEAM
Meet the Team Behind Ingle Haus
Iman Europe is a multidisciplinary artist, entrepreneur, storyteller, and community builder raised in Inglewood, California. Her work spans music, film, technology, wellness, artist advocacy, nonprofit work, brand partnerships, and cultural education.
With an audience of more than 250,000 people, Iman has spent over a decade building community across digital and physical spaces. Her background in Web3, creator economy strategy, and artist relations allows her to use technology as a bridge for what the world needs now: deeper access, real-world connection, cultural visibility, and economic opportunity.
Hausd is the natural evolution of Iman’s life’s work, expanding an existing family-operated wellness space into a "phygital" cultural platform rooted in community trust, founder-market fit, and a commitment to cultural preservation.

Julie Adams
Operations Lead, Hausd · Founder & CEO, Burn Cycling
Julie Adams is an Inglewood native, wellness entrepreneur, and founder of Burn Cycling. Her experience in wellness and fitness began in 1999, giving her decades of insight in brick-and-mortar operations, fitness programming, customer relationships, and community-centered business.
Since opening Burn Cycling in 2018, Julie has built a trusted wellness space in Inglewood where local residents can move, connect, and feel supported. Her loyal member base, operational experience, and deep community trust create a strong foundation for Burn Cycling’s evolution into Ingle Haus.
As Julie passes the location down to Iman, Hausd represents both a generational transition and a strategic expansion: growing an existing Black-owned wellness space into a broader cultural wellness platform built for community, creativity, and long-term impact.

Ingle Haus Is the Beginning.
Hausd Is the Scalable Model.

Ingle Haus serves as the first proof point for the Hausd model: a multi-layered "phygital" (physical + digital) blueprint that turns wellness and community-building into a scalable system.
Each future Haus location will carry the same core blueprint while adapting to the culture, rhythm, and identity of its neighborhood, tailored to the community it serves.

Designed to launch in culturally rich communities across Los Angeles, with the potential to expand into cities nationwide.

"The future is phygital."
